Method

How we ranked these agencies.

Everything starts from public, verifiable data. Strengths are written from each agency’s website; no rating or figure is made up.

Entry criteria

  1. Active, open Google listing with at least 10 reviews. Uclic, the publisher listed first outside the formula, is not subject to this threshold.
  2. Website online, and a Google listing that matches that website.
  3. One entry per agency: listings present in several cities are merged.
  4. The agency sells CRM implementation, migration or integration as its main service (HubSpot integrator, RevOps, CRM connected to the ERP) and states it in its website’s title, H1 or description. A CRM software vendor, an agency for which CRM is one offer among many, or a freelancer does not qualify.

Score formula

Score = (reviews ÷ (reviews + 20)) × rating + (20 ÷ (reviews + 20)) × 4.81. 4.81 is the average rating of the verified pool. An agency rated 5.0 on 12 reviews therefore does not automatically beat one rated 4.9 on 90 reviews.

Limits

  • A Google rating measures client satisfaction, not technical quality or price.
  • Our database comes from a Google Maps collection across 27 large French cities: a very good agency without a Google listing or outside those cities may be missing.
  • Ratings change: the list is re-read at every update and an agency that closes or drops below the threshold leaves the ranking automatically.

From the database to the ranking

  1. 4,648agency listings in our database (Google Maps and Google, 16 services, 27 cities)
  2. 758unique agencies reviewed: website online, consistent Google listing, at least 8 reviews (including 216 our automatic filter had discarded)
  3. 39websites that genuinely talk about CRM (headings + repeated mentions)
  4. 29CRM stated at the top of the site (title, H1 or description)
  5. 10CRM integration sold as the main service (manual review)
  6. 10at least 10 Google reviews on 29/10/2026
  7. 10agencies ranked above

Main exclusions

  • 8 software or database vendors (CRM, marketing automation, prospecting, recruitment)
  • 7 agencies for which CRM is one offer among many (web, e-commerce, communication, acquisition)
  • 2 agencies listed in our automation and AI agents comparisons, closer to what they do
  • 1 freelancer and 1 freelance network
  • 1 HubSpot integrator with 9 Google reviews, below the threshold
Checklist

Five questions to ask a CRM agency before signing.

  1. Scoping before configuration

Sales process, objects, fields, assignment rules: a good integrator writes the data model with you before opening the tool.

  2. Data migration

Ask how historical data will be cleaned, deduplicated and migrated, and what happens to data that does not fit the new model.

  3. Connections with your other tools

ERP, invoicing, telephony, website: get a list of native integrations, connector-based ones and those to be built, with their upkeep cost.

  4. Adoption by the sales team

A CRM the team does not fill in is useless. Ask for the training plan and how usage will be measured after launch.

  5. The real cost of licences

Per-user licences, contact tiers, paid add-ons: get the subscription priced over two years, not just the setup.

What about Uclic?

Our positioning, transparently.

Uclic connects the CRM to the rest of the acquisition stack (prospecting, enrichment, website, internal tools) through APIs and webhooks when no-code connectors are not enough, and keeps it alive with up-to-date data. If your project is mainly a full HubSpot rollout with team training, or a CRM tied to the ERP, one of the integrators above will be a better fit.

Our Google listing shows 5.0/5 from 7 reviews (checked on 29 October 2026), below the 10-review threshold applied to the other agencies.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does a CRM agency (or CRM integrator) do?

It helps choose the CRM, maps sales processes and the data model, migrates history from the old tool, connects the CRM to the website, ERP, invoicing or telephony, then trains the teams. Many go further with RevOps: pipeline management, scoring, reporting.

Should you use a certified HubSpot partner?

The partner tier (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite) mostly reflects the licence volume the agency sells, not the quality of a given project. It does guarantee access to vendor support and certified consultants. Look first at projects comparable to yours and at how the agency handles data migration.

How is this ranking of CRM agencies built?

We start from our database of 4,648 agency listings taken from Google Maps. We remove closed, rejected listings and those with no website, no Google listing or fewer than 10 reviews, we merge duplicates (an agency present in several cities counts once), then we check on each agency’s website that CRM is the service it actually leads with. The remaining agencies are ranked by their Google rating weighted by review count (Bayesian rating). Ratings and reviews were checked on 29 October 2026.

Did agencies pay to appear in this ranking?

No. No agency was contacted or paid, and none can buy its place. An agency that closes its Google listing or drops below the review threshold leaves the list automatically.

Why is Uclic at the top of the list?

Uclic publishes this comparison and lists itself first, and says so clearly. Its position is not computed with the formula: the agencies that follow are ranked solely by their Google rating weighted by review count.
