How many missions per month?
It depends on your availability and expertise. Average: 2 to 4 qualified briefs per month. You choose what you accept | no pressure, no imposed quota.
How is the referral commission calculated?
By default: 15% of excl.-VAT revenue generated over the first 12 months with the prospect you brought in. Negotiable upwards depending on lead maturity. Paid monthly, transparent on Slack.
Is the case study paid?
Yes. A flat fee (€350 excl. VAT) for the case study, paid on delivery | even if we never end up working together afterwards. We respect your time.
What profiles are you looking for?
Senior freelancers (5+ years of experience) on one of the 3 Uclic pillars: Inbound (SEO, Ads, content), Outbound (multi-channel prospecting, SDR, cold email), AI & Dev (AI agents, n8n, Next.js, data apps).
Do you require exclusivity?
No. You keep your direct clients, your brand, your channels. We co-exist. The only constraint: no prospecting an active collective client on the same scope.
Is there a minimum commitment?
None. No monthly commitment, no minimum number of missions. The framework contract stays active as long as it serves you | you leave whenever you want, no justification needed.
