B2B ABM Agency

20 accounts not 20,000 leads.

Uclic is an ABM (account-based marketing) agency: we focus prospecting on the accounts that can actually sign, with campaigns personalized account by account and real alignment between marketing and sales. For B2B SMBs, mid-market companies and scale-ups selling high-value contracts.

What we do differently in ABM

Why choose Uclic ABM over anyone else?

ABM in 2026 is no longer about importing a list into LinkedIn and crossing your fingers. With B2B CPM inflation (+38% in 2 years), buyer fatigue, and an average 6-month B2B cycle involving 6 to 10 decision-makers per account, precision matters more than volume.

The Target Account List (TAL) is then structured into three tiers: Tier 1 (1:1, 10 to 30 strategic accounts), Tier 2 (1:few, 80 to 200 accounts), Tier 3 (1:many, 1,000+ accounts). Interesting. Personally, I did the opposite in a way. That said, I always keep the code to create APIs that will be used by n8n. So in the end it's a mix of both. I also think it depends on what you want to do in the long term. On the other hand, one thing is certain: if you want total flexibility, knowing how to code is important. (I include vibe coding)

Completely agree ! The era of "just good enough" is over. In a saturated market, it's essential to stand out from day one. An MVP certainly needs to be viable and minimal, but that doesn't mean it has to be a stripped-down version of the final vision. Investing in a quality user experience from the start can significantly accelerate acquisition

incredible, I just gave it a directory with hundreds of software I want to scrape (across about ten pages in total). Fully autonomously, it retrieved everything and ran a google search for each software to find the url of the LinkedIn company page. All of that with just 1 single 3-line prompt and zero errors! Thanks for the reco!

FAQ

B2B ABM agency FAQ: pricing, deliverables, method and tools

Everything to know before starting an ABM program with Uclic: free audit, Advisory and Full plans, intent data, sales/marketing alignment.

What is an ABM agency (account based marketing)?
ABM, or account based marketing (often searched as "ABM marketing"), flips traditional prospecting on its head: instead of generating as many leads as possible, you first select the accounts worth pursuing, then build a tailored approach for each one — from content to messaging to ads. An ABM agency orchestrates this system: account selection, buying committee mapping, personalized campaigns, and marketing-sales alignment. At Uclic, ABM is measured on one thing only: opportunities created on targeted accounts.
When should you choose ABM over mass cold email?
ABM = average deal size (ACV) ≥ €30k/year, long sales cycle (3-12 months), buying committee of 6+ decision-makers, finite market (≤ 5,000 addressable accounts). Mass cold email = ACV < €10k, short sales cycle, large market (10,000+ accounts), self-serve possible.

In practice: if you sell to banks, industrial mid-market companies, enterprise accounts, or Series B+ SaaS scale-ups → ABM. If you sell to SMBs via outbound: volume cold email. Many scale-ups need to combine both: 1:1 ABM on Tier 1 + cold email on Tier 3.
How many accounts should you target?
Standard tiering approach:
Tier 1 (1:1): 10 to 30 strategic accounts (Fortune 500, accounts that can swing your forecast). 1:1 microsites, gifting, senior sales.
Tier 2 (1:few): 80 to 200 accounts per cluster (industry + size). Mutiny landing pages, 1:few webinars, MEDDIC sales playbook.
Tier 3 (1:many): 1,000 to 5,000 accounts per persona. LinkedIn Matched + display + cold email + nurturing.

Combined total: never exceed 5,000 accounts — beyond that, you're doing demand gen, not ABM.
What's the minimum budget to start an ABM program?
Excluding agency fees: €30-80k/year minimum for media + tools.
Tooling: Demandbase or 6sense (€35-80k/year), Mutiny (€15k/year), Bombora intent data (€15k/year), Sendoso/Reachdesk (€10-30k/year), Dreamdata (€12k/year).
Media: LinkedIn Matched Audiences + display retargeting (€10-30k/month depending on your TAL).
Uclic fees: €800/month (Advisory) or €2,680/month (Full).

Below a €50k total annual budget, ABM doesn't work. Stick to classic outbound.
Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3: what exactly are they?
ABM tiering ranks the level of personalization and investment per account:
Tier 1 (1:1) = full personalization: account-specific microsite, handwritten mail, custom ROI calculator, CEO testimonial, dedicated senior sales rep. Cost per account: €1,000 to €5,000. For 10-30 accounts only.
Tier 2 (1:few) = personalization by cluster (industry or size). Dynamic Mutiny landing pages, private 1:few webinars, tailored copy. Cost per account: €100 to €500. For 80-200 accounts.
Tier 3 (1:many) = personalization by persona. LinkedIn Matched, display, email automation. Cost per account: €5 to €50. For 1,000+ accounts.
What is intent data, and why is it central?
Intent data identifies accounts in active buying mode (in-market) before they contact you. 3 main sources:
Bombora: 50,000+ topics tracked across 2.8 million B2B sites (downloads, reads, searches).
G2 Buyer Intent: accounts viewing your G2 pages or those of your competitors (very hot buying signal).
6sense / Demandbase predictive: ML model that scores every account on its likelihood of buying within 90 days.

Without intent data, you're targeting blind on firmographic criteria (size, industry). With intent, you prioritize accounts already buying. Typical conversion lift: ×3.2.
Which ABM tools do you recommend in 2026?
ABM platforms: Demandbase (best-in-class, €60-100k/year), 6sense (strong predictive analytics, €50-90k/year), RollWorks (more accessible, €25-50k/year).
Marketing automation: HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise + ABM module (integrated, €3,600/month) or Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) (if you run Salesforce CRM).
Intent data: Bombora + G2 Buyer Intent (standard combo).
Personalization: Mutiny (dynamic landing pages, €12-30k/year).
Ad orchestration: LinkedIn Matched Audiences + Sales Nav, Google Performance Max custom audiences, Demandbase display retargeting.
Gifting: Sendoso or Reachdesk.
Events: Goto Webinar, WebinarJam.
Attribution: Dreamdata (account-level, €12k/year), HockeyStack.
How long does an average ABM cycle take?
Setup + first results: 90 to 120 days.
W1-W3: TAL definition + intent data + buying committee.
W4-W7: ABM platform setup + microsites + weekly Sales/Marketing committee.
W8-W12: multichannel orchestration + first opportunities created.
M4-M6: measurable pipeline generated, first deals closed on Tier 1.
M9-M12: ABM ROI measured (CAC payback, account expansion).

Minimum commitment: 6 months on the Full ABM plan. That's the non-negotiable lead time to see pipeline convert into revenue. Before 6 months, all you're measuring is engagement (vanity).
How do you align sales and marketing on an ABM program?
Smarketing alignment is the #1 condition for ABM success. The levers:
1. Same TAL: sales and marketing work from the same list of Tier 1/2/3 accounts (not 2 parallel lists).
2. Same account-level KPIs: engaged accounts, opportunities created, pipeline, closed-won. Not MQLs for marketing and SQLs for sales (silos broken down).
3. Weekly Sales/Marketing committee: a 30-min weekly meeting: Tier 1 review (status, next actions, blockers), Tier 2 review, hot intent data alerts.
4. Per-account AE routing: every Tier 1 account has an assigned AE. Marketing sends them every signal (intent, content engagement).
5. MEDDIC sales playbook: shared qualification, shared champion mapping.
Can you combine ABM with outbound cold calling?
Yes: it's actually recommended for Tier 1. 1:1 ABM without outbound calling is incomplete: intent signals (G2, Bombora) should trigger an SDR call within 24 hours, not an automated email.

Typical Tier 1 workflow:
1. Targeted account visits the pricing page → SDR alert.
2. SDR calls within 24 hours, references the context without revealing the ABM stack.
3. If unreachable: email + LinkedIn voice note + handwritten Sendoso letter.
4. Senior AE takes over once a Discovery call is secured.

Cold calling remains the most powerful tool on in-market Tier 1 accounts. Don't neglect it in favor of an all-digital approach.
Can ABM ROI be measured accurately?
Yes, provided you have account-level attribution. Tools: Dreamdata or HockeyStack (account-level multi-touch attribution).

ABM KPIs measured:
Engaged accounts: % of the TAL that has interacted (visit + engagement) at least 3 times.
Opportunities created: Salesforce/HubSpot opps tied to TAL accounts.
Pipeline generated: € of SQL-qualified pipeline.
Deals closed: closed-won on TAL accounts.
CAC payback: months to recover CAC on the ABM cohort.
Account expansion: additional ARR on existing ABM-touched customers.

Benchmarks observed across our clients: +300% Tier 1 MQLs, −60% CAC vs volume cold email, 30% shorter sales cycle, CAC payback cut in half.
