What the service covers

From prospect list to booked meeting, our cold email agency covers the entire chain.

Every building block of prospecting works on its own or as part of the Complete Cold Email package. Outsource everything or just a piece, and you always know which tools are working for you.

What we do differently in cold email

Why us rather than anyone else?

The rules of cold emailing have changed. Google and Yahoo have been filtering far more aggressively since 2024, and your prospects get ten pitches a week. The method that worked in 2020 now burns a domain in a few weeks. Here's what that changes in practice.

Interesting. Personally, I did the opposite in a way. That said, I always keep the code to create APIs that will be used by n8n. So in the end it's a mix of both. I also think it depends on what you want to do in the long term. On the other hand, one thing is certain: if you want total flexibility, knowing how to code is important. (I include vibe coding)

Completely agree ! The era of "just good enough" is over. In a saturated market, it's essential to stand out from day one. An MVP certainly needs to be viable and minimal, but that doesn't mean it has to be a stripped-down version of the final vision. Investing in a quality user experience from the start can significantly accelerate acquisition

incredible, I just gave it a directory with hundreds of software I want to scrape (across about ten pages in total). Fully autonomously, it retrieved everything and ran a google search for each software to find the url of the LinkedIn company page. All of that with just 1 single 3-line prompt and zero errors! Thanks for the reco!

FAQ

B2B cold email agency FAQ: timelines, tools, deliverability, pricing

Answers to the questions we hear before getting started: how long it takes, what it costs, how we protect your domain and what you can expect.

What is a cold email agency (or cold emailing agency)?
A cold email agency, also called a cold emailing or cold mailing agency, runs cold email outreach on your behalf. It builds the prospect list, sets up the sending infrastructure, writes the messages, handles replies, and turns interested prospects into meetings for your sales team. At Uclic, this outsourced email prospecting is led by a senior consultant and measured on one thing only: qualified meetings landing in your pipeline.
How long before you see results with cold email?
Plan for 10 days of scoping, then 14 days of preparation for the sending mailboxes before the first email goes out. The first qualified meetings arrive between week 5 and week 6, and the steady-state pace (+24 meetings/month) stabilizes around week 12. This timeline isn't padding: sending too fast is a guaranteed way to end up in spam. An agency that promises meetings by week two is cutting a corner, and your domain reputation pays the price.
What tools do you actually use?
We hand them over, with full access: Smartlead and Instantly for sending, Lemlist for voice notes, Apollo, Pharow, and Sales Navigator to find contacts, Clay to cross-reference buying signals, Dropcontact, Kaspr, and Hunter to verify addresses, La Growth Machine for LinkedIn, Glock Apps to monitor deliverability, and your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) for synchronization. This is your data and your domains: you should know exactly what's running on them.
What is deliverability, and why is it so critical?
It's the percentage of your emails that land in the prospect's primary inbox rather than in spam or the Promotions tab. It's the number one metric: an email in spam will never get a reply, no matter how good the message is. We measure it with real inbox placement tests and target at least 92% inbox placement. All the technical work behind it (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation) is set up and monitored for you.
How do you avoid landing in spam?
By following strict rules. Outreach runs from dedicated domains, never your main domain. Mailboxes are warmed up for 14 days before the first send. Volume stays capped at 30-40 emails per mailbox per day. Every address is verified to keep bounces under 2%. Every message is genuinely personalized, because Gmail's filters recognize emails sent in bulk. We also avoid everything that triggers filters: attachments, shortened links, tracking pixels.
How much does Uclic's cold email agency cost?
The audit is free and comes with no commitment. After that, Cold Email Conseil at €500/month if your team executes, or Cold Email Complet at €1,490/month excl. VAT if we run everything for you. To combine cold email, LinkedIn and ABM, the Duo plan is €2,680/month excl. VAT and Growth Machine is €3,570/month excl. VAT. The initial commitment is 3 months, after which the contract becomes monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Cold email or LinkedIn prospecting: which should you choose?
The two reinforce each other. Email lets you reach a large number of prospects; LinkedIn delivers better reply rates on smaller volumes. In practice, we orchestrate both on the same prospect: profile view, invitation, email, LinkedIn message, then a call if interest is confirmed. Among our B2B SaaS clients, this combination achieves 12 to 18% reply rates, versus 5 to 8% for email alone.
Is a multi-domain setup really mandatory?
Yes. Since 2024, Google and Yahoo have been cracking down hard on high-volume senders. Prospecting from your main domain means risking that your everyday emails (contact, invoicing, support) end up in spam too. That's why we prospect from 3 to 10 dedicated domains, purchased for you and warmed up before sending. Your main domain is reserved for your real business operations.
What list size do you need to get started?
A well-targeted list of 500 contacts per month is enough to get started and measure reliable results. A tight list of 500 contacts delivers more than a vague list of 5,000, because reply rate depends first and foremost on targeting precision. Our standard ranges from 500 to 2,000 contacts per month depending on your market, with every address verified before sending and validated at over 85% against your ideal customer profile.
How often do you get reports, and what do we track?
A real-time dashboard, accessible to your teams, covering the metrics that matter: replies, positive replies, meetings booked, meeting attendance, pipeline generated and deals won. A 30-minute weekly check-in to decide on adjustments, and a monthly review comparing results against the initial assumptions, ROI included.
How many meetings per month can you expect?
At cruising speed, from week 12 onwards, our clients average +24 qualified meetings per month with the Cold Email Complet plan. The observed range runs from +15 in conservative cases to +40 for accounts combining several channels. Results depend above all on targeting precision, deliverability, and how quickly replies are handled. You receive the numerical assumptions in the first week, across three scenarios.
