What we do differently in LinkedIn prospecting
Why us rather than anyone else?
The rules have changed on LinkedIn. A decision-maker gets dozens of outreach attempts every week, invitations are capped, and generic approaches stay below 15% acceptance. Here's what we do differently to keep getting replies.
Together we define who to approach: industries, company sizes, job functions, and the 200 priority accounts. Meeting assumptions are quantified before we start. If the numbers don't hold up, we tell you before you sign.

Interesting. Personally, I did the opposite in a way. That said, I always keep the code to create APIs that will be used by n8n. So in the end it's a mix of both.
I also think it depends on what you want to do in the long term.
On the other hand, one thing is certain: if you want total flexibility, knowing how to code is important. (I include vibe coding)
Completely agree ! The era of "just good enough" is over. In a saturated market, it's essential to stand out from day one. An MVP certainly needs to be viable and minimal, but that doesn't mean it has to be a stripped-down version of the final vision. Investing in a quality user experience from the start can significantly accelerate acquisition
incredible, I just gave it a directory with hundreds of software I want to scrape (across about ten pages in total). Fully autonomously, it retrieved everything and ran a google search for each software to find the url of the LinkedIn company page.
All of that with just 1 single 3-line prompt and zero errors!
Thanks for the reco!
I've been in the biz for 20+ years. Code was always the missing piece for me as an SEO. But I've got some solid knowledge. That said, vibe coding opened up other doors for me — just huge ones. Today I've gotten into React, Vite, Node, Python, and I code whatever I need. 😍
Incredible! AI is truly becoming an accelerator for automating web tasks, freeing up time and daring to take on new projects. For anyone interested in dropshipping, automation and e-commerce, it's a real revolution.
Thank you for this very informative share. It's impressive to see the growing number of developers and how dominant young people are in this sector. It really shows how essential technology and development are for our future.

I love this kind of hack Wladimir 🙏🏻
Do you have any hacks on the student email part?
I was thinking of buying a .school domain name, making a mini landing page for a fake school, generating an email.
Because .edu is out of reach 😅
Great, thanks for the tip! I just tested it and it's Veo 2 that's offered in the student plan on the US site (which is indeed free for 12 months). That said, there is indeed access to Veo 3 (in a limited version) :)
This kind of tool truly changes the game by automating complex tasks with incredible simplicity.
A new era is setting in where AI becomes a truly ultra-efficient personal assistant

4 years, still number 1 in the rankings despite all the bosses who came after you. Delcros will remain the undisputed master and pioneer, always one step ahead of the market. 👏
Finally an interesting take.
N8N is great for understanding a workflow, it's very graphic, very visual, but if you want to do slightly more elaborate stuff, code is way better.

I really like this thinking. No-code has its uses for testing or moving fast, but it's true that code lets you take things to the next level. Thanks for sharing 🙌
Interesting to see this shift from no-code to code. Your thinking makes it clear that the tool matters less than the end goal: automating, optimizing, generating value.

Our LinkedIn prospecting agency operates across France
A 100% remote team, a weekly video check-in, and clients everywhere: Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lille, Nantes, Toulouse, as well as Geneva and Brussels.
Answers to the questions we hear before getting started: how many meetings to expect, how your accounts are protected and how we work day to day.
What is a LinkedIn prospecting agency?
A LinkedIn prospecting agency reaches out on your behalf to the decision-makers who look like your best customers: it builds the list, prepares the accounts, writes the invitations and messages, handles the replies, and turns interested prospects into meetings for your sales team. It's also called social selling, outsourced B2B sales prospecting, or LinkedIn lead generation. At Uclic, everything is run by a senior consultant and measured on one thing only: the qualified meetings that land in your pipeline.
How many meetings per month can you expect from LinkedIn prospecting?
On average, our clients get +18 qualified meetings per month after 90 days on the Complete plan, with more than a third of invitations accepted and roughly a quarter of replies. Results depend mostly on how precise the targeting is, how well accounts are prepared, and how fast replies are handled. You get the full figures and assumptions at the scoping stage.
Is Sales Navigator mandatory for serious prospecting?
Yes, in almost every case. LinkedIn's free version limits searches and doesn't flag job changes. Sales Navigator (from €99/month) enables precise targeting and lists that update on their own. It's one of the few tools we consider indispensable, and its cost is built into our budget recommendations.
What are the risks of LinkedIn restrictions or bans?
The risk is real if you push too hard. LinkedIn caps invitations at around 100 per week and detects aggressive automation. Our method stays below those thresholds: volume is spread across several of your team's accounts, ramp-up is gradual, and the tools respect the platform's limits. Result: no client account restricted in four years.
Cold email or LinkedIn prospecting: which should you choose?
Email allows more volume; LinkedIn gets more replies: around 20 to 30% replies after an accepted invitation, versus 5 to 12% for email. The most effective approach is to combine both on the same prospect: LinkedIn builds the relationship, email follows up, the phone closes. That's what we set up when the account justifies it.
What standard LinkedIn sequence do you recommend?
Six to eight touchpoints over three weeks. First, a low-key presence: a profile visit, a reaction to a recent post. Then a short, personalized invitation, a message two days after acceptance, a voice note for priority accounts, and an email follow-up if LinkedIn stays silent. Every step stops as soon as the prospect replies.
Which LinkedIn prospecting tools do you use?
We hand them over to you, with the logins: Sales Navigator for targeting, La Growth Machine or HeyReach to orchestrate sequences (Waalaxy or Dripify for smaller volumes), PhantomBuster and Captain Data to collect profiles, Dropcontact and Kaspr to verify contact details, Clay to cross-reference buying signals, and your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce) for synchronization. These are your accounts and your data: you should know what's running on them.
Is running multiple LinkedIn accounts allowed?
Officially, LinkedIn allows only one profile per person. In practice, serious prospecting runs on your team's real accounts: executives, salespeople, founders — each one stays in control of their own profile. We get them working together, at a reasonable volume per account, which protects each of them. We explain the limits and the risks before we start, without downplaying them.
Do LinkedIn voice notes really work?
Yes, and we measure it: out of 18,000 voice notes sent in 2025, the reply rate is 2.3 times higher than an equivalent text message. The conditions: 15 to 25 seconds, a real first name, a real reason for reaching out. We save them for the accounts that are worth it.
How many prospects do you process each month?
With the Complete plan, between 1,500 and 3,000 qualified prospects enter the system every month. Around 800 to 1,200 invitations go out, a third are accepted, and the engine delivers 15 to 25 qualified meetings per month at steady state.
What acceptance rate do you aim for on invitations?
More than a third on a well-defined target. Across 280,000 invitations measured in 2025: 12 to 18% with a cold approach, 28 to 38% when the groundwork has been done (profile visit, reaction to a post), and even more when the invitation follows a buying signal such as a job change.
