Method

How we ranked these agencies.

Everything starts from public, verifiable data. Strengths are written from each agency’s website; no rating or figure is made up.

Entry criteria

  1. Active, open Google listing with at least 10 reviews. Uclic, the publisher listed first outside the formula, is not subject to this threshold.
  2. Website online, and a Google listing that matches that website.
  3. One entry per agency: listings present in several cities are merged.
  4. The agency has a service page dedicated to LinkedIn Ads, and the business it leads with on its website (title, H1 or description) is online advertising, acquisition, growth or B2B marketing. A web, SEO or communication agency adding LinkedIn Ads to its catalogue, an independent consultant, a freelance network or an agency based outside France does not qualify.

Score formula

Score = (reviews ÷ (reviews + 20)) × rating + (20 ÷ (reviews + 20)) × 4.86. 4.86 is the average rating of the verified pool. An agency rated 5.0 on 12 reviews therefore does not automatically beat one rated 4.9 on 90 reviews.

Limits

  • A Google rating measures client satisfaction, not technical quality or price.
  • Our database comes from a Google Maps collection across 27 large French cities: a very good agency without a Google listing or outside those cities may be missing.
  • Ratings change: the list is re-read at every update and an agency that closes or drops below the threshold leaves the ranking automatically.

From the database to the ranking

  1. 4,648agency listings in our database (Google Maps and Google, 16 services, 27 cities)
  2. 610unique agencies after quality filters (open, validated, website, Google listing, at least 10 reviews) and national deduplication
  3. 524website online on 29/10/2026 and Google listing consistent with it
  4. 59dedicated LinkedIn Ads service page on the website (whole database, not only the LinkedIn listings)
  5. 45Ads, acquisition, growth or B2B in the website’s title, H1 or description
  6. 14advertising, acquisition or B2B marketing as the main business (manual review)
  7. 14at least 10 Google reviews on 29/10/2026
  8. 10agencies ranked above

Main exclusions

  • only 9 of the 69 agencies listed under “LinkedIn” led with LinkedIn on their website, so we searched the whole database for LinkedIn Ads pages
  • 27 web, SEO or communication agencies for which LinkedIn Ads is one service among many
  • 1 independent consultant, 1 agency based in Switzerland, 1 CRM integrator
  • 1 agency whose Google listing points to another website
  • 4 eligible agencies ranked beyond 10th place: AEP Digital, AdPremier, Ad’s up Consulting, Yumens
Checklist

Five questions to ask a LinkedIn Ads agency before signing.

  1. Cost per qualified lead, not cost per click

A LinkedIn click often costs several times more than elsewhere. Ask how the agency measures the cost of a meeting or an opportunity, and whether your deal size supports it.

  2. The link with your CRM

Lead Gen Form leads pushed automatically to the CRM, status reported back up to the sale: without this, the agency optimises on forms, not on revenue.

  3. Account and job-title targeting

Target company lists, job functions, seniority, exclusion of customers and competitors: ask to see the planned audience before launch.

  4. Who produces the creatives

Visuals, videos, documents, Thought Leader Ads: ask who designs them, how often they are refreshed and how many variants are tested.

  5. Is the Campaign Manager account in your name?

The ad account, audiences and history must belong to you, so you don’t start from scratch if you change agency.

What about Uclic?

Our positioning, transparently.

Uclic runs LinkedIn Ads for B2B companies, in the same team as outbound, ABM and automation: the accounts targeted with ads are also the ones the sales team reaches out to, and tracking goes all the way to the CRM. If you mainly want B2C lead volume or a pure creative agency, several agencies above will be a better fit.

Our Google listing shows 5.0/5 from 7 reviews (checked on 29 October 2026), below the 10-review threshold applied to the other agencies.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does a LinkedIn Ads agency do?

It creates and runs your advertising campaigns on LinkedIn: objectives, audience building (job functions, industries, company sizes, account lists), ad creation, bids and budgets, conversion tracking and reporting. LinkedIn Ads is mostly used in B2B, when the target is defined by their job rather than by what they search for.

What budget should you plan for LinkedIn Ads?

LinkedIn is one of the most expensive platforms per click, and you need enough budget to get past the test phase: several agencies in this ranking say so on their LinkedIn Ads page. The right metric is cost per sales opportunity, compared with the value of a customer, not cost per click.

What about an ABM (account-based marketing) strategy?

LinkedIn Ads is one of the main ABM levers, as it lets you serve ads to a list of target companies. In this ranking, Webconversion and Growth Room also offer a dedicated ABM service. We have not published a separate ABM ranking: only five agencies in our database with at least ten Google reviews present an ABM offer on their website.

How is this ranking of LinkedIn Ads agencies built?

We start from our database of 4,648 agency listings taken from Google Maps. We remove closed, rejected listings and those with no website, no Google listing or fewer than 10 reviews, we merge duplicates (an agency present in several cities counts once), then we check on each agency’s website that LinkedIn Ads is the service it actually leads with. The remaining agencies are ranked by their Google rating weighted by review count (Bayesian rating). Ratings and reviews were checked on 29 October 2026.

Did agencies pay to appear in this ranking?

No. No agency was contacted or paid, and none can buy its place. An agency that closes its Google listing or drops below the review threshold leaves the list automatically.

Why is Uclic at the top of the list?

Uclic publishes this comparison and lists itself first, and says so clearly. Its position is not computed with the formula: the agencies that follow are ranked solely by their Google rating weighted by review count.
