Article 1: Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "T&Cs") define the terms and conditions under which the company DELCROS Wladimir (UCLIC) provides website creation, web marketing, design, social media management and search engine optimisation services to its clients.

Article 3: Services offered
UCLIC offers a range of services including:

Article 4: Pricing
Service prices are expressed in euros and may be subject to VAT. UCLIC reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the prices applied will be those in force at the time the quote or contract is signed.
Article 5: Orders and validation
Every service order is based on a detailed quote. The client's approval of the quote constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
A deposit may be requested when ordering; the amount is specified in the quote.
Article 6: Payment terms
The balance is due under the terms defined in the quote or contract.
The accepted payment methods are specified in those documents.
Article 7: Delivery times
Service delivery times are given for guidance only and may vary depending on the complexity of the project. UCLIC undertakes to inform the client of any potential delay.
Article 8: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the client has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date the contract is signed, unless performance of the services has already begun with the client's prior agreement.
Article 9: Liability
UCLIC undertakes to provide its services with care and professionalism. However, its liability cannot be engaged in the event of:
- Fault, negligence or omission by the client
- Force majeure or any external event beyond UCLIC's control
Article 10: Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, UCLIC retains the intellectual property of the works created. The client is granted a right of use within the scope defined by the contract.
Article 11: Personal data
UCLIC undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the client's personal data, in accordance with French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 12: Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking the matter to the competent courts.
