Method

How we ranked these agencies.

Everything starts from public, verifiable data. Strengths are written from each agency’s website; no rating or figure is made up.

Entry criteria

  1. Active, open Google listing with at least 10 reviews. Uclic, the publisher listed first outside the formula, is not subject to this threshold.
  2. Website online, and a Google listing that matches that website.
  3. One entry per agency: listings present in several cities are merged.
  4. B2B prospecting (cold email, LinkedIn, phone or appointment setting on the client’s behalf) is the service listed first in the website’s title, H1 or description. A growth or web agency listing outbound among other services, a software or data vendor, a trainer, an independent consultant or an agency based outside France does not qualify.

Score formula

Score = (reviews ÷ (reviews + 20)) × rating + (20 ÷ (reviews + 20)) × 4.81. 4.81 is the average rating of the verified pool. An agency rated 5.0 on 12 reviews therefore does not automatically beat one rated 4.9 on 90 reviews.

Limits

  • A Google rating measures client satisfaction, not technical quality or price.
  • Our database comes from a Google Maps collection across 27 large French cities: a very good agency without a Google listing or outside those cities may be missing.
  • Ratings change: the list is re-read at every update and an agency that closes or drops below the threshold leaves the ranking automatically.

From the database to the ranking

  1. 4,648agency listings in our database (Google Maps and Google, 16 services, 27 cities)
  2. 772unique agencies with a website (no directories), a Google listing and at least 10 reviews, across all services
  3. 676website online and Google listing consistent with it
  4. 176prospecting, outbound or qualified meetings genuinely present on the website
  5. 41prospecting, outbound, cold email, LinkedIn or cold calling in the title, H1 or description
  6. 7B2B prospecting agencies based in France (manual review)
  7. 7at least 10 Google reviews on 29/10/2026
  8. 7agencies ranked above

Main exclusions

  • 17 growth, web or advertising agencies that mention prospecting without leading with it
  • 8 prospecting software or data vendors (tools, not agencies)
  • 6 trainers, independent consultants or off-topic websites
  • 2 agencies based outside France (Belgium, Switzerland)
  • 1 call centre focused first on customer service
Checklist

Five questions to ask a B2B prospecting agency before signing.

  1. Paid per day, per month or per meeting?

An agency paid per meeting has every reason to book many, including with accounts that are not ready. Get a written definition of a qualified meeting and of what is not billed.

  2. Who owns the data and the sending domains?

The prospect database, enrichment and email domains should come back to you if the engagement ends. Otherwise you start from scratch.

  3. Who writes and approves the messages

Ask whether you approve every sequence (email, LinkedIn, call script) before it goes out: it is your brand writing to your future customers.

  4. Deliverability and GDPR compliance

Secondary domains, inbox warm-up, daily volumes, legal basis and opt-out: a serious agency explains all of this plainly.

  5. Who prospects day to day

Agency staff or subcontractors, in France or abroad, number of clients per account manager: ask to speak with the person who will make the calls or run the sequences.

What about Uclic?

Our positioning, transparently.

Uclic builds B2B outbound from intent signals (hiring, funding, tool changes) and orchestrates email, LinkedIn and phone in the same team as ads, SEO and automation. If you mainly need a phone prospecting team billed by the day or a dedicated calling floor, several agencies above are more specialised than we are.

Our Google listing shows 5.0/5 from 7 reviews (checked on 29 October 2026), below the 10-review threshold applied to the other agencies.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Cold email, LinkedIn or phone: which channel should you pick?

Rarely just one. Email reaches many decision-makers at low cost, LinkedIn builds familiarity, and the phone turns signals of interest into meetings. Agencies in this ranking usually combine two or three channels; some stay phone-first, others LinkedIn-first.

How much does a B2B prospecting agency cost?

Published models vary: a monthly subscription for an email campaign, a daily rate for phone prospecting, or a fixed fee plus a price per meeting. Several agencies in this ranking publish their prices; compare like for like (data, copywriting, tools, number of channels).

Why one comparison for cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling?

Because the verified specialists of each channel are too few for a reliable separate ranking, and most prospecting agencies work across channels. Each agency’s profile and strengths show its preferred channel.

How is this ranking of B2B prospecting agencies built?

We start from our database of 4,648 agency listings taken from Google Maps. We remove closed, rejected listings and those with no website, no Google listing or fewer than 10 reviews, we merge duplicates (an agency present in several cities counts once), then we check on each agency’s website that B2B prospecting is the service it actually leads with. The remaining agencies are ranked by their Google rating weighted by review count (Bayesian rating). Ratings and reviews were checked on 29 October 2026.

Did agencies pay to appear in this ranking?

No. No agency was contacted or paid, and none can buy its place. An agency that closes its Google listing or drops below the review threshold leaves the list automatically.

Why is Uclic at the top of the list?

Uclic publishes this comparison and lists itself first, and says so clearly. Its position is not computed with the formula: the agencies that follow are ranked solely by their Google rating weighted by review count.
