Every week, a collective stand-up: review of ongoing missions, pairing on hot topics, cross-functional growth/AI/product watch. Every month, an open workshop to go deeper on one topic (technical SEO, AI agents, cold outbound, attribution). You leave with ready-to-deploy workflows.

What Uclic guarantees you
Six concrete commitments, written in black and white.
No vague promises, no "team spirit" without substance. What we owe you, and what we deliver | invoice after invoice.
Payment within 30 days end of month
Invoice validated on the 5th → paid before the 30th. If a client invoice is late, we front the cash flow. No "we'll pay you when the client pays us": that's our risk, not yours.
Shared Slack, weekly stand-up
You join the collective Slack (#general, #wins, #help, #ai-prompts, #sales-pipe channels). Video stand-up Monday 9:30am | 30 min. Monthly workshop on one topic (SEO, AI, outbound, attribution).
Shared AI agent library
Access to our n8n workflows, battle-tested agent prompts, outbound templates that convert, Looker dashboards. You save −70% manual time on execution from the very first mission.
Pooled sales pipeline
When a client asks for a skill you have, we offer you the mission first. A clear brief, a firm budget, a Uclic Growth Strategist running the show | you deliver your expertise, we handle the rest.

What we expect from you

A collective holds when everyone holds their end. Here are the six points we check before signing together | and review every six months.

Senior, operational, autonomous
Minimum 5 years of experience on your channel. You run your scope without micro-management. We trust you | you repay us by delivering clean, on time.

Contractual availability respected
What we sign, we honor. 0.5 / 1 / 2 days a week depending on the mission. If the workload changes, we talk 15 days in advance | not Friday night for Monday morning.

Transparent communication on Slack
Clear status on ongoing tasks. When you're stuck, you say so (not 3 days later). When you don't know, you ask. No ghosting, no surprises at the weekly committee.

Client-first posture
Your decisions go through the Uclic Growth Strategist, not straight to the client. No out-of-scope promises, no unvalidated deadline commitments. We speak with one voice.

Confidentiality & a reasonable exclusivity deal
Standard NDA at signing. No direct concurrent mission in the same sector without telling us. We respect your other clients, you respect ours.

You give back
When you find a workflow that works, you document it for 30 minutes on the shared base. When a monthly workshop touches your expertise, you take the floor. That's how the collective works.
How we work together

First call | 30 min
Video call with a Uclic Growth Lead. We look at your background, past clients, stack and real seniority level. No free technical test, no homework. We talk.

Paid trial mission
A first short mission (5 to 10 days) on a real client, paid at full rate. It's the only real filter: deliverable quality, pace, communication.

Collective onboarding
Slack access, AI agent library, dashboards, framework NDA signed, profile added to /membres. A Uclic sponsor follows you for the first 60 days.

6-month cycle | cross review
Every 6 months, we review both ways: what works, what chafes, upcoming missions, desired skill growth. No permanent gig without feedback.
Rates & payment
Let's talk money directly.
No taboo, no "we'll figure it out later". Here are our pricing and payment rules, identical for every member of the collective.
Daily rate
€550 | €950
Depending on channel, seniority and complexity. We agree on the daily rate before the first mission and only touch it at the annual review.
Payment terms
30 days end of month
Invoice validated on the 5th → paid before the 30th. Uclic fronts the cash if a client is late | it's our risk, not yours.
Agency margin
Transparent
On Uclic missions, the agency margin is separate from your daily rate and disclosed at signing. No vague percentage, no "we'll see".
Business referrals
0% commission
If you bring a client to the collective and you run it, you keep 100% of your daily rate. No hidden commission.
Confidentiality & intellectual property
Four clauses, written in plain English.
A framework contract you can read in 10 minutes, not 40 pages of lawyer-speak. Here are the four points we sign together.
Framework NDA signed at onboarding
One single Uclic-freelance NDA covering all future missions. No paperwork for every new client. Client data, prompts, dashboards, schemas | everything stays confidential.
Your deliverables belong to the client
Everything you produce on a Uclic mission (ads, copy, n8n workflows, scripts, apps) belongs to the end client upon delivery. You keep no exclusive exploitation rights on client assets.
Your know-how stays yours
Methods, frameworks, your personal library of agents and prompts: they remain your property. What you bring to Uclic never becomes Uclic's property. You leave with everything.
No poaching between members
Missions found through the Uclic pipeline stay in the collective while you're in it. If a client wants to contract you directly outside Uclic, we decide together | not behind each other's back.
The full framework contract is shared before the trial mission. Read it at your leisure | we amend it together if needed.
