AI & Dev agency:agents and apps that run in production.
Custom AI and development agency for SMEs, mid-market companies, and B2B scale-ups. Claude Code agents and Anthropic SDK, self-hosted n8n workflows, Next.js and Astro applications, CRM integrations, server-side tracking, and data dashboards. Short 4- to 12-week cycles, code delivered with no lock-in, sovereign LLM option available.

From WordPress sites to Claude Code agents, via n8n workflows and BigQuery dashboards, each expertise can be activated separately or combined by a senior architect.
Why choose a senior agency over a shiny AI agency or a classic IT services firm.
We shipped production code and ran AI agents for our clients before founding Uclic. We talk from the field, not from a sales brief.

Strategic decision
AI & Dev agency: agency, IT services firm, in-house or freelancer?
Short answer: for a 4 to 12 week AI or dev project, a senior agency with Claude Code expertise costs 30 to 80 k€ all-in. A traditional IT services firm charges 2 to 3 times more for the same deliverable, a junior in-house team takes 12 to 24 months to reach the same quality, and a solo freelancer often lacks coverage if an incident occurs.

Our recommendation based on your stage
Uclic AI & Dev for short-cycle projects (4-12 weeks) where your team must be able to operate the final product. If you have a budget above 250 k€/year and a long cycle (IT systems overhaul, cloud migration), an IT services firm remains a valid option. If you have time (12-24 months) and are hiring, the in-house team is the long-term asset — Uclic can help you scope it and train it. To go further, see our custom AI agents approach.

Interesting. Personally, I did the opposite in a way. That said, I always keep the code to create APIs that will be used by n8n. So in the end it's a mix of both.
I also think it depends on what you want to do in the long term.
On the other hand, one thing is certain: if you want total flexibility, knowing how to code is important. (I include vibe coding)
Completely agree ! The era of "just good enough" is over. In a saturated market, it's essential to stand out from day one. An MVP certainly needs to be viable and minimal, but that doesn't mean it has to be a stripped-down version of the final vision. Investing in a quality user experience from the start can significantly accelerate acquisition
incredible, I just gave it a directory with hundreds of software I want to scrape (across about ten pages in total). Fully autonomously, it retrieved everything and ran a google search for each software to find the url of the LinkedIn company page.
All of that with just 1 single 3-line prompt and zero errors!
Thanks for the reco!
I've been in the biz for 20+ years. Code was always the missing piece for me as an SEO. But I've got some solid knowledge. That said, vibe coding opened up other doors for me — just huge ones. Today I've gotten into React, Vite, Node, Python, and I code whatever I need. 😍
Incredible! AI is truly becoming an accelerator for automating web tasks, freeing up time and daring to take on new projects. For anyone interested in dropshipping, automation and e-commerce, it's a real revolution.
Thank you for this very informative share. It's impressive to see the growing number of developers and how dominant young people are in this sector. It really shows how essential technology and development are for our future.

Interesting! This paves the way for the future (potentially huge) market of AI SEO. Companies and people who position themselves on it quickly and effectively will have a definite competitive advantage over the others.

I love this kind of hack Wladimir 🙏🏻
Do you have any hacks on the student email part?
I was thinking of buying a .school domain name, making a mini landing page for a fake school, generating an email.
Because .edu is out of reach 😅
Great, thanks for the tip! I just tested it and it's Veo 2 that's offered in the student plan on the US site (which is indeed free for 12 months). That said, there is indeed access to Veo 3 (in a limited version) :)
This kind of tool truly changes the game by automating complex tasks with incredible simplicity.
A new era is setting in where AI becomes a truly ultra-efficient personal assistant

I really like this thinking. No-code has its uses for testing or moving fast, but it's true that code lets you take things to the next level. Thanks for sharing 🙌
Interesting to see this shift from no-code to code. Your thinking makes it clear that the tool matters less than the end goal: automating, optimizing, generating value.

Everything we get asked before scoping an AI project, an app, or an automation.
Do you do AI POCs or go straight to production?
Straight to production. Our initial scoping includes inference opex costs, the run plan, and operability by your team. If after scoping the use case doesn't hold up in production (insufficient volume, unclear ROI, unavailable data), we say so before starting. Across 50+ AI projects delivered, 0 POCs gathering dust on Vercel. See our AI agents approach.
How much does a typical custom AI agent cost?
On quote, depending on complexity. A simple agent (lead qualification, ticket classification, structured writing) ships in 4 to 6 weeks for 8,000 to on quote. A multi-step agent with memory, tools, and fallback (augmented search, sales agent, internal copilot) ships in 8 to 12 weeks for 18,000 to on quote. Inference opex cost: 50 to on quote per month depending on volume.
Why offer self-hosted LLMs rather than OpenAI or Anthropic cloud?
Three cases. One, your data is sensitive (health, defense, legal, HR). Two, your monthly volume exceeds 50 million tokens and the cloud API becomes expensive. Three, you want a guarantee of full reversibility with no vendor lock-in. In these cases, we deploy Mistral 7B, Llama 3.x, or Qwen 72B on Hetzner or Scaleway GPUs, with 4-bit or 8-bit quantization depending on the quality required. Typical infra cost: 280 to on quote per month.
What's the difference between Uclic, an IT services firm (ESN), and a pure AI agency?
A classic IT services firm bills day rates with junior staffing and long delivery timelines, with no product expertise or native AI capability. An opportunistic AI agency sells GPT POCs with no production plan or operability. Uclic is a hybrid product team of humans + agents: our senior devs master Claude Code, the Anthropic SDK, and AI production deployment, deliver in short cycles (4-12 weeks), train your team, and hand over the code with no lock-in. See our growth expertise.
Do you work with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot?
All three, depending on context. Claude Code for complex agentic work (codebase refactoring, migrations, building proprietary AI agents) — it's our main tool. Cursor for pair programming with a senior dev. GitHub Copilot for code completion on long-running projects. Our devs are on average 2.4x faster on recurring tasks (CRUD, tests, migrations) — a gain passed on to the client through shorter cycles, not hidden margin.
Which stack for a website: WordPress, Next.js, or Astro?
It depends on your team and your use case. WordPress + ACF if your editorial team is comfortable with Gutenberg and traditional SEO is enough (blog, institutional pages, moderate programmatic SEO). Next.js 15 if you need hybrid rendering, API routes, authentication, or a product dashboard. Astro if you want an ultra-fast static site with occasional React or Vue components. We advise against Next.js if your editorial team is non-technical and needs to publish 5 articles a week.
How long does it take to deliver an n8n workflow or a CRM integration?
1 to 4 weeks depending on scope. A simple workflow (Slack to Notion, form to HubSpot, Stripe alerts to email) ships in 3 to 5 days for 1,500 to on quote. A full bidirectional HubSpot ↔ Salesforce ↔ Pipedrive integration with deduplication rules, 30+ field mappings, and an audit log ships in 3 to 4 weeks for 8,000 to on quote.
Who owns the code and the prompts at the end of the engagement?
You do. The code is delivered to your Git repository (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Agent prompts are versioned and documented. n8n workflows are exportable as JSON. The Notion documentation is shared. If you end the engagement tomorrow, you keep everything and can run the operation in-house or with another provider. No proprietary Uclic component acts as a Trojan horse.
Do you handle tracking and GDPR compliance?
Yes. We set up GA4, GTM, server-side GTM (sGTM) on a first-party subdomain, Meta CAPI, and Google and LinkedIn Ads conversions. Cookie-less architecture where relevant, consent mode v2, Didomi or Axeptio integration. CNIL declaration and privacy policy drafted with your DPO. See our tracking approach.
Do you provide run support after go-live?
Yes, as an option. Senior day rate quoted on request, or a monthly run contract at on quote per month (8 hours included, monitoring, hotfixes, minor enhancements). 24/7 on-call available for critical apps (on quote). We'd rather train your in-house team than create a dependency, but we stay available whenever the need arises.
