01 · Context

Context

Deepki is a leader in building energy optimization. Its SaaS platform leverages data to reduce the carbon footprint of real estate portfolios for major ESG players. Regulation (CSRD, green taxonomy) accelerates demand, but the commercial challenge remains to reach the right decision-makers at the right time, including QHSE, CSR, and Asset Managers, in companies with 250+ employees and €50M+ turnover.

Acquisition relied on sub-optimized paid campaigns (high CPL, conversion < 3%) and an unstructured outbound approach. The qualified prospect base (10,000+ decision-makers) remained underutilized due to a lack of targeting and measurement infrastructure.

02 · Objective

Objective

Revamp Deepki's acquisition with two complementary pillars: targeted paid ads for ESG decision-makers AND structured outbound based on a qualified 10k+ decision-maker database. Goal: achieve 3% paid conversion + a measurable outbound funnel.

  • Refine paid targeting by excluding generic terms (e.g., "industry") in favor of qualified segments (CSRD, tertiary decarbonization).
  • Implement necessary tracking for continuous optimization: GA4, GTM, goals per funnel stage.
  • Structure outbound based on 10k+ QHSE/CSR decision-makers with sequences segmented by persona.
03 · The Uclic approach

Our approach: paid + outbound + unified tracking

  1. 01

    Semantic refinement of campaigns

Exclusion of generic terms ("industry") in favor of qualified segments ("tertiary decarbonization", "CSRD reporting"). Significant reduction in cost per qualified lead.

  2. 02

    Robust Analytics tracking

GA4 + Google Tag Manager setup with specific goals for each funnel stage. Measurement infrastructure serving as the basis for continuous optimization.

  3. 03

    Weekly data-driven optimization

Weekly adjustment process based on performance data analysis. A/B tests on ads, landing pages, audiences.

  4. 04

    Outbound for QHSE/CSR decision-makers

Multichannel sequences segmented by persona (QHSE vs CSR), adapted message angles (CSRD, decarbonization, energy savings).

04 · Results

Results

Deepki now has a data-driven acquisition infrastructure that combines paid and outbound around a unified, measured, and optimizable funnel.

  • 3% paid conversion rate achieved after semantic campaign revamp, significant reduction in qualified CPL.
  • GA4 tracking + goals operational across the entire funnel, weekly actionable measurement infrastructure.
  • Weekly optimization process established: A/B tests on ads, landing pages, audiences, continuous adjustment.
  • Outbound for QHSE/CSR decision-makers structured with multichannel sequences segmented by persona and angle (CSRD, decarbonization, energy savings).
