Technical audit axes

01 · Context

The Challenge

MesServicesCyber concentrates reference cyber expertise — maturity diagnostics, NIS2 pathways, EBIOS Risk Manager, IT hygiene, aid mechanisms. But most of this value remained invisible to search engines: the editorial body of the pages was client-side rendered (100% JavaScript), so a crawler often saw only a few dozen words per page. Almost all organic traffic focused on a handful of static pages, while higher-value pages (maturity test, pathways, catalog) did not rank. Indexing discovery relying on JS, absence of a served sitemap, generic schema: the technical foundation hampered visibility even before the content question.

02 · Objective

The Objective

To make MesServicesCyber the official go-to resource for daily cybersecurity and compliance — for VSEs/SMEs, businesses, and local authorities — both in Google and in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews).

  • Unlock the invisible editorial layer (indexability before content).
  • Prioritize based on real demand, not on biased volume estimates.
  • Cover each audience with a hub-and-spoke structure that converts to free services (diagnosis, MonAideCyber, NIS2 pathway).
  • Optimize citability by generative AIs (GEO / answer-first).
03 · The Uclic approach

Our Approach: Indexability First, Data-Proven Content Second

Mission conducted in 4 steps, with one guiding principle: no content action produces an effect as long as the technical foundation does not make the pages visible. P0 conditions everything else.

  1. 01

    GEO-first Technical Audit

Complete diagnosis across 10 axes: server rendering (SSR/prerender), robots.txt and sitemap, canonical and URL duplication, structured schema, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, AI citability. Root finding: indexable content was missing because it was rendered in JS. Remediation plan sequenced from P0 (blocking) → P3 (finishing), each action justified by measured data.

  2. 02

    Data-Driven Semantic Research & Clustering

Cross-referencing three sources: market volumes (DataForSEO Google.fr), truly proven demand (Search Console 12 months), and audience (Matomo). Construction of 8 clusters — password & MFA, NIS2 & compliance, cybersecurity by target, ransomware, diagnosis & maturity, awareness, expertise (EBIOS/PSSI/certification), threats & scams + emerging trends.

  3. 03

Validation by Real Demand & Gap Detection

Volume tools underestimate niche cyber/government queries. Each cluster was therefore validated on two signals (market volume + real GSC impressions), revealing blind spots: high-impression queries not covered, and a clear distinction between qualified demand and "ghost" impressions not worth pursuing.

  4. 04

    Answer-First Editorial Roadmap & Production-Ready Briefs

Hub-and-spoke architecture by audience, execution calendar over 12 weeks (~2-3 articles/week, pillars first), and 29 detailed briefs: intent, keywords, H2/H3 plan, citation capsule for AIs, FAQPage tagged FAQ, internal linking, and contextual conversion CTA. Each page designed to be cited — by Google as well as by answer engines.

04 · Results

Results

An actionable roadmap that unlocks the invisible editorial layer and gives ANSSI a lasting advantage: a sound technical foundation, a semantic mapping validated by real data, and an answer-first production pipeline optimized for both SEO and AI citation.

  • Editorial layer unlocked: plan for server-side rendering of high-value routes, a prerequisite for any indexing.
  • 8 semantic clusters validated by real demand (and not by misleading estimated volumes).
  • 29 answer-first briefs ready for production, with AI citation capsule and structured FAQ.
  • 12-week roadmap sequenced by priority and dependencies, driven by weekly KPIs.
  • Identified opportunities: quick-wins for positions on pages already strong in impressions, significant projected qualified organic gain.
