Automatisation WhatsApp avec n8n : gestion de médias et réponses
- Ce workflow n8n permet d'automatiser la gestion des messages multimédias sur WhatsApp, facilitant ainsi la réponse aux utilisateurs en temps réel. Dans un contexte où la communication rapide est essentielle, ce type d'automatisation est particulièrement utile pour les entreprises qui souhaitent améliorer leur service client ou gérer des interactions fréquentes. En intégrant des fonctionnalités telles que le téléchargement d'images, de vidéos et d'audios, ce workflow offre une solution complète pour traiter les demandes des utilisateurs de manière efficace.
- Le processus commence avec un déclencheur WhatsApp qui capte les messages entrants. Ensuite, les différents types de médias sont récupérés via des nœuds spécifiques, comme 'Get Audio URL', 'Get Video URL' et 'Get Image URL'. Ces nœuds permettent d'extraire les liens des médias envoyés par les utilisateurs. Par la suite, des requêtes HTTP sont effectuées pour télécharger ces fichiers, garantissant ainsi que toutes les ressources nécessaires sont disponibles pour la réponse.
- Le workflow utilise également des nœuds de traitement de texte, tels que 'Get User's Message' et 'Format Response', pour structurer les réponses avant de les envoyer via WhatsApp. Cela permet d'assurer que les messages sont pertinents et adaptés au contexte de la conversation. En intégrant des outils d'intelligence artificielle comme Google Gemini, ce workflow n8n enrichit les réponses avec des informations pertinentes, augmentant ainsi la satisfaction client.
