Automatisation Telegram avec n8n : gestion de sessions de travail

Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la gestion des sessions de travail via Telegram, permettant ainsi aux utilisateurs de mieux structurer leur temps de travail et de pause. En intégrant des notifications pour les cycles de travail et de repos, ce système est idéal pour les freelances, les équipes à distance ou toute personne cherchant à améliorer sa productivité. Grâce à l'automatisation n8n, ce workflow facilite la gestion du temps en envoyant des rappels et en enregistrant les sessions de travail dans Google Sheets. Le déclencheur de ce workflow est un événement Telegram qui démarre le processus. Ensuite, des conditions sont vérifiées pour déterminer si l'utilisateur doit entrer dans une phase de travail profond ou prendre une pause. Les notifications sont envoyées à chaque étape clé, comme le début d'un cycle de travail, les pauses courtes et longues, et la fin de la session. Les données de chaque session sont également enregistrées dans Google Sheets, permettant un suivi efficace des heures travaillées. En utilisant ce workflow, les utilisateurs peuvent réduire les pertes de temps et augmenter leur concentration, ce qui se traduit par une meilleure efficacité au travail.
