Automatisation Gmail avec n8n : gestion des factures PDF
Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la gestion des factures PDF reçues par email via Gmail. Dans un contexte professionnel où la gestion des documents financiers est cruciale, ce flux permet de filtrer les emails contenant des factures, de télécharger les PDF associés et de les organiser automatiquement dans Google Drive. Les utilisateurs peuvent ainsi gagner un temps précieux et réduire les risques d'erreurs liés à la gestion manuelle des documents.
- Étape 1 : Le workflow débute avec un déclencheur Gmail qui surveille les nouveaux emails.
- Étape 2 : Un nœud conditionnel permet de vérifier si l'email reçu provient de n8n Paddle et contient des factures.
- Étape 3 : Si l'email est valide, le workflow extrait le lien de la facture et télécharge le PDF via une requête HTTP.
- Étape 4 : Le fichier est ensuite renommé et déplacé dans le dossier approprié sur Google Drive, garantissant ainsi une organisation optimale. Les bénéfices de cette automatisation n8n sont multiples : elle permet de réduire le temps passé sur des tâches répétitives, d'améliorer la précision dans la gestion des documents et d'assurer une meilleure traçabilité des factures. Étape 1 : Le workflow commence par un déclencheur Gmail qui détecte les nouveaux emails.
- Étape 1 : Un nœud conditionnel vérifie si l'email provient de n8n Paddle et contient une facture.
- Étape 2 : Si c'est le cas, le lien de la facture est extrait.
- Étape 3 : Le PDF est téléchargé à partir de l'URL fournie.
