Automatisation WooCommerce avec n8n : support client post-vente
Ce workflow n8n a été conçu pour optimiser le support client post-vente dans les environnements WooCommerce. En intégrant un chatbot alimenté par l'IA, il permet de répondre efficacement aux questions des clients concernant leurs commandes. Ce type d'automatisation n8n est particulièrement utile pour les entreprises qui souhaitent améliorer leur service client tout en réduisant le temps de réponse. Le workflow commence par un déclencheur qui s'active lors de la réception d'un message de chat. Ensuite, il utilise une mémoire simple pour conserver les informations pertinentes. Les nœuds suivants incluent des appels à l'API WooCommerce pour récupérer les informations de commande et d'utilisateur, ce qui permet au chatbot de fournir des réponses précises et contextuelles.
