Automatisation Shopify avec n8n : gestion des consentements marketing
Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la gestion des consentements marketing des clients sur Shopify. Dans un contexte où la conformité aux réglementations sur la protection des données est cruciale, ce workflow permet d'assurer que seuls les clients ayant accepté de recevoir des communications marketing sont ajoutés à des segments spécifiques dans Mautic. Les cas d'usage incluent la segmentation des clients en fonction de leur consentement, ce qui optimise les campagnes marketing et améliore l'engagement client.
- Étape 1 : Le déclencheur 'Shopify Trigger' s'active lorsqu'un événement pertinent se produit sur la plateforme Shopify.
- Étape 2 : Le workflow vérifie si le client a accepté le marketing via plusieurs nœuds conditionnels 'Accepts Marketing?'.
- Étape 3 : Si le consentement est donné, le contact est ajouté au segment confirmé dans Mautic, sinon il est retiré.
- Étape 4 : Des vérifications supplémentaires sont effectuées pour s'assurer de l'existence du contact avant de le créer si nécessaire.
