Automatisation RH avec n8n : traitement des candidatures AI
Ce workflow n8n est conçu pour automatiser le processus de gestion des candidatures dans le secteur des ressources humaines. Grâce à l'intégration de l'IA, il permet d'extraire des informations pertinentes à partir de fichiers de candidatures, de les analyser et de les résumer efficacement. Les entreprises peuvent ainsi gagner un temps précieux en rationalisant le tri des CV et en améliorant la qualité des informations collectées. L'automatisation n8n commence par un déclencheur basé sur la soumission d'un formulaire, qui active le flux de travail. Ensuite, les fichiers sont extraits et les qualifications des candidats sont analysées à l'aide d'un nœud d'extraction d'informations. Les résultats sont ensuite résumés et fusionnés pour créer un profil souhaité. Les données sont ensuite transférées vers Google Sheets pour un suivi facile.
