Automatisation Noco avec n8n : gestion des incidents simplifiée
- Ce workflow n8n est conçu pour automatiser la gestion des incidents en intégrant des outils d'intelligence artificielle. Il s'adresse particulièrement aux équipes de support technique ou de gestion de projet qui souhaitent optimiser leur processus de traitement des incidents. Grâce à l'automatisation n8n, ce workflow permet de collecter des informations via un formulaire, d'analyser et de prioriser les incidents à l'aide d'OpenAI, puis de les structurer pour une intégration facile dans NocoDB. L'objectif est de réduire le temps de réponse et d'améliorer la communication avec les clients.
- Le workflow débute par un déclencheur de formulaire d'incident qui recueille les données nécessaires. Ensuite, il utilise un agent Langchain pour assigner une catégorie à l'incident, suivi d'une analyse par le modèle de chat OpenAI pour prioriser les tâches. Les incidents sont ensuite formatés pour NocoDB et insérés dans la base de données. Des notifications par email et Slack sont envoyées aux assignés pour assurer un suivi efficace. Des vérifications régulières sont mises en place pour s'assurer que les tâches sont traitées dans les délais impartis.
