Automatisation Jira avec n8n : gestion des tickets et rappels

Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la gestion des tickets dans Jira, en intégrant des modèles de langage d'OpenAI pour améliorer les interactions et la satisfaction client. Dans un contexte où les équipes doivent gérer un volume élevé de tickets, ce workflow permet de simplifier le processus, d'envoyer des rappels et de recueillir des retours d'expérience. Il est particulièrement utile pour les équipes de support technique et de gestion de projet qui cherchent à optimiser leur flux de travail.

  • Étape 1 : le déclencheur est un événement planifié qui active le workflow à intervalles réguliers.
  • Étape 2 : le workflow interroge Jira pour récupérer les commentaires des tickets en cours.
  • Étape 3 : les commentaires sont ensuite agrégés et analysés par un modèle d'OpenAI pour déterminer si une solution a été trouvée.
  • Étape 4 : si une solution est identifiée, le ticket est mis à jour et un message de clôture est envoyé.
  • Étape 5 : si aucune solution n'est trouvée, un rappel est envoyé aux utilisateurs concernés pour leur demander des retours. En intégrant ces étapes, ce workflow offre une valeur ajoutée significative en réduisant le temps de réponse et en améliorant la satisfaction client.
