Automatisation Google Sheets avec n8n : gestion des transactions
Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la gestion des transactions dans Google Sheets en intégrant un agent AI capable de traiter des messages en temps réel. Dans un contexte où les entreprises cherchent à optimiser leur gestion des données, ce workflow permet de recevoir des messages de chat, d'analyser les informations et de les enregistrer dans une feuille de calcul Google. L'automatisation n8n est particulièrement utile pour les équipes de vente et de finance qui doivent suivre les transactions et les statuts des produits de manière efficace.
- Étape 1 : le workflow est déclenché par la réception d'un message de chat via le noeud 'When chat message received'.
- Étape 2 : l'agent AI traite le message et utilise le modèle de chat OpenAI pour générer des réponses pertinentes.
- Étape 3 : les transactions sont récupérées à partir de Google Sheets grâce aux noeuds 'Get all transactions' et 'Get transactions by product name', permettant ainsi d'agréger les données nécessaires.
- Étape 4 : des notes autocollantes sont créées pour visualiser les informations importantes, et des filtres sont appliqués pour trier les transactions par statut. Grâce à cette automatisation, les utilisateurs peuvent réduire le temps consacré à la gestion manuelle des données, minimiser les erreurs et améliorer la prise de décision basée sur des données en temps réel.
